Giulia's place was in a great location; we were able to walk to restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores, public transportation, museums, parks - not to mention, the Eiffel Tower!! It had a well equipped kitchen as well.
Note that you may need to provide things like toilet paper (there was 1 roll for us) and maybe hand soap as well.
We were in Paris during a heat wave (not a typical experience), which brought temperatures into the high 90's for 4 days straight. I reached out to Giulia the first night to see if she had any fans available, and she directed us to a little fan that helped. We had the windows open for air, but there was a lot of activity in the streets late into the night, so sleep was difficult for our two teenage kids and us. Giulia was very responsive to my questions, but she said she was unable to find another fan for us due to high demand throughout Paris.
We would have been fine if it hadn't been so unusually hot and/or we had one more fan to cool us down!
