Situated on the 1st floor, this mezzanine property has a living-room and kitchen open plan. Its huge windows makes this flat particularly bright.
The stairs takes you to the mezzanine, where the bedroom is, along with a desk which makes the room a great work space as well.
The bathroom is modern with a spacious high-pressure shower.
This loft accommodates up to four people (two in a double bed, and two in a sofa bed).
You will have access to the entire flat, the building's patio, the resident's gym and underground car park.
We will meet meet and greet you upon arrival, and will be happy to help you with recommendations for what you can do in and around Glasgow.
We will also be available by phone and/or email throughout your stay.
The access to the building as well as the access to the parking space is electronic fobs. In the event of a loss of the fob, we will charge you for replacing the fobs themselves.
The main entrance fob has a cost of £10 and the garage fob £40.
Please note: In order to comply with directives of the building's Owners' Association, tenants will have to sign an Assured short-hold tenancy agreement (standard Scottish letting agreement).
