Perfect for the groomsmen of a wedding at the Lodge! The bridesmaids can stay across town at the our more luxurious "Eagle Nest" . This little cabin has 2 BRs 2 baths (showers only) with fully functional and appointed kitchen with dinette for 4 (no dishwasher), a full spacious living area, Dining area for 6 and room for 4 to sleep privately and up to 8 (4 Adults/ 4 Kids ONLY) with some creative sleeping arrangements. Outdoor patio also has seating for 6, propane BBQ and a great view!
PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY! Property requires that you provide your own bedding, towels, & paper products and that you clean the property when you leave ('turn-key ready' for the next guest) and that you dispose of your own trash upon check-out (take it with you). Also requires provision of a CREDIT (not debit) card and DL/ID (by scan & email or photo txt) in lieu of damage deposit. The BASE rate is $66/night M-F and $77/night weekends (weekly and monthly rates also available) . Rates for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks are $77/nite (min 4 nite stay). The QUOTED rates on the calendar include 7% local TOT and the 3% service fee charged by Air BnB.
The limit is 8 guests, but only 4 adults/4 kids - additional adults are $25 extra pp/pn.
After you have booked I also send you a rental agreement, by regular e-mail that must be completed, signed and returned along with a copy of your ID and a CREDIT (NOT Debit) card by scanning and emailing back. Be sure that the name on agreement, the signature, and credit card/CADL are all the same. It does NOT have to be the same as the one used to pay thru Air BnB. These are in lieu of damage deposit, so I use the rental agreement and personal credit info to provide to my HO insurance in case of a major claim – it has never happened but you never know. If you do not wish to provide this information, please do not book. After I receive everything required, I will give you the lockbox code
Check in/Checkout is usually 3pm/noon but can be extended if there is no one else coming in early that day. Please make requests ASAP.

My property is a very good deal for the cost, much better than most at this price - we use it regularly and rent it when we are not using it - you bring your own bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels, firewood and paper products (essentially anything “expendable”) but equipment and everything else is there.
You are also required to CLEAN PROPERTY THOROUGHLY on check out, and fill all paper products for the next renter. The policy is “leave it as you found it”. (NOTE: if you are unable to bring your linens and towels we do offer an opportunity to "rent" them @ $25 pp for your entire stay; you must wash, dry and re-store all linens on departure; please make this request at the time of your booking).
We do allow pets, with an additional fee as long as they are well behaved, house trained, and you clean up after them inside and out; but we have no fenced yard, just plenty of "leash areas". There ARE critters (some big ones) so we do not recommend letting them stay outside without supervision, especially little guys. The ADULT limit is 4, with up to 4 kids - anything over that limit must be explained and there is an extra charge PP/PN.
It’s on a main road, a basic cabin but with all the mod cons - with a real mountain/cabin feel - great back porch/patio, surrounded by forest. Everyone who stays there loves it, and we get many returners ...the Lake is very close, walking distance, or you can drive and park (parking is about $8/day - unless you can find street parking around the Lake or in town).
