Enjoy an authentic Toronto living experience with my a cozy, quiet apartment in St. Clair West neighborhood, steps away from the public transit system (TTC) with good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
Travel has always been an essential part of my life. It stems from my curiosity to understand the world outside my own, and the more I learn from a trip, the thirstier I become. It has been a self-perpetuated cycle blessed with many positive experiences across continents. Travel, in a pure sense, is my favourite way to learn.
I am drawn to cultures and societies that differ from my own background. In the past, I have visited Nova Scotia, France, and the Philippines, each offering a profoundly distinct way of life. As an avid reader of the National Geographic magazine, I also enjoy breathing nature firsthand. This has lead me to the Arizona desert, the volcanoes in Iceland, and many more places to come. I tend to alternate my trips between societies and the wilderness, in seeking a balanced weight on human and natural environments.
I travel alone or with my friends. In the urban area, an ideal place would be clean, organized, convenient, and able to offer a sense of privacy. In the open air, well, I'm tough and flexible and don't have unrealistic expectations. In any case, a place with characters is a big bonus!
I often host friends and family at my own apartment in Toronto. I understand the effort one has to put into in order to provide excellent accommodations for the guests. Therefore, I go the extra mile to take care of where I lodge during a trip, whether it is a rented apartment or a hotel room. I strongly believe how we treat others eventually returns with how we are treated.
At the end of this somewhat lengthy self introduction, I would like to share my motto, originally a Spanish proverb: A life lived in fear is a life half-lived.
