Our family house with garden is situated in a quiet neigborhood near the metro station Budejovicka on the C line, 20 minutes from the old town. The room has a big, very comfy bed and a sofa.
There are two cats and a dog in the household.
The house itself is a modern family house with wooden interior. It has two stories: a lower common area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and the laundry room. The bedrooms and a bathroom are found on the upper floor.
The room offers a 170 cm bed, very comfy with a bunch of pillows. There is a small sofa, work table and access to the balcony. The room contains many artworks, for example by Olbram Zoubek, a famous Czech sculptor.
The guests are welcome to use any room except our private bedrooms and the garage.
The guests are welcome to use the kitchen; please clean the dishes after you're done.
I will be present at the time of check-in and during your stay. However, I attend college in Prague so I usually arrive home at around 18:00.
I can lend you a Prague guide book in English to make your stay even better!
A dog and two cats live in the house. The dog is friendly, just don't pet while she's on her pillow; that's her territory. The dog doesn't have access to the upper floor. The cats are friendly too and spend a lot of time outside. They are allowed to walk everywhere in the house. I recommend making sure your doors are closed when you leave the house, so that the cats don't enter your room.
A cleaning lady comes every Tuesday and Friday. If you don't want her to clean your room, let me know.
No smoking is allowed inside the building and on the garden.
