Enjoy 2 floors of comfort. Enter floor 1 of this row house into an open kitchen/living room. It also has a full bathroom, a bedroom, its own thermostat, and a full length mirror. Remaining 3 bedrooms and a 2nd full bath are on floor 2, also with its own thermostat. Living room has a full-sized couch and a love seat, the latter suitable for a child. Enjoy standard and bar height work surfaces, high speed fiber optic wifi, exercise equipment, and w/d (in the basement with some laundry supplies). Use an ironing board that adjusts between regular and bar heights. It's a quiet, cozy, updated space with additional creature comforts worth discovering when you arrive.
About a week before you check-in, we'll send you detailed, keyless entry instructions. Feel free to share this information with everyone in your group, albeit discretely. High-speed wifi network name and password will be available once you're inside the space. When possible or if desired, we'll try to greet your party when you arrive.
Hosts are nearby and accessible for questions/problems during your stay. Fully licensed and insured hosts are familiar with business and international travel issues. We appreciate the opportunity to meet briefly and help orient our guests when desired/possible.
We make additional information about amenities, our place and the area--including a history of the neighborhood--available when you arrive.
Please be aware that, as of August 2017, this listing's been updated to reflect some changes from past stays. Feedback from previous guests has helped make your stay more enjoyable.
That stated, if you have any questions, please just ask. We'll try to answer as best as we can. We look forward to helping you enjoy the city we've come to love.
Please remove loud shoes (boots, heels, etc.) because noise travels on wood floors--3rd floor tenants (separate entrance) do the same.
Next, please "tuck in" the Murphy bed 'legs' before closing it.
Please place all recycling/trash in receptacles provided as outlined in the House Notes (available upon arrival). For longer stays, please place bags of recycling/trash on the curbside on Mondays as described in the House Notes.
Please let me know if anything is amiss or breaks--I aim to resolve such matters right away.
No pets and no smoking on the property.
When checking out, please be sure to:
1. Close and lock/secure all windows & entry doors.
2. Close the living room curtains.
3. Hang up any wet towels in a way that will allow them to dry out.
Once inside, you'll find additional information about the space and surrounding area. Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions. I hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you again for choosing my place.
Cancel up to 24 hours before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
Hello, I've traveled quite about and most enjoyed extended visits to Cuba, Finland, and Uganda. As a host, I'm attentive and ready to help you enjoy your adventure whether personal or professional. I don't really have a life motto, but I do have a bicycling one: if it can roll with me on it, it can roll with me beside it. It keeps me riding after many many miles of long and mountainous terrain, on road and off. Being a part of Airbnb tickles me.
