•No more than six (6) persons are permitted to rent and stay at condo at any one time. More than six (6) occupants is a violation of the Lease Agreement, and security deposit will be forfeited and tenants evicted.
•Our condo is located at 2745 West Ave, 1st floor. 1-off street parking spot is provided in the driveway in front of the garage. No cars can be parked in the garage because it is used for storage of property owners.
•Trash is collected every Tuesday and Friday during the summer months. During the off-season trash is collected every Tuesday.
•The unit is cleaned between every rental. If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit please contact us immediately. Cleaning supplies are available under the sink. This is a private home so please treat with care and respect. Leaving the unit as you found it guarantees full deposit return and a great vacation for the next family.
•Renters must supply linens – sheets and bath towels. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry detergent (HE washer) during the course of your stay.
•Clean lint screen in dryer after every use. Leave door of washer open upon departure to avoid mold from moisture buildup.
•Pleas keep doors locked when home is unattended. Garage door should be closed at all times when not being used. Sometimes the garage door will bounce before it finally closes and reopen, so please make sure it fully closes.
•Do not flush foreign products down toilets.
•Empty coffee filter and rinse thoroughly after every use and prior to departure.
•Smoking is prohibited through-out the property.
•No pets of any kind are permitted in the property.
•Beach tags are provided. You will be responsible for any lost/stolen beach tags at a cost of $20 each.
•Any movie rentals that are purchased through the cable system will be deducted from your security deposit.
•Air conditioner should not be set lower than 72degrees. This helps us keep our running costs low and therefore our rental rates as low as possible.
•Please use the outdoor shower to wash all sand off before entering the house.
•Anything marked “Property of Owners” is off limits and should not be used by renters.
•TV’s and their remotes are not to be removed from their respective rooms.
•Please be courteous to surrounding residents by keeping noise to a minimum after 10.00pm.
•Leave the condo as you found it please!
•Renters, visitors and guests agree to hold owners harmless and to indemnify owners from any liability and claims of liability for personal injury, death, or any loss or damage which may arise in any manner from rental of this condo.
•Renters utilize the front and back porch at their own risk. Please do not leave small children alone on the two porches for their safety.
