Property is equipped with a grinder-pump for removal of household waste. Only human waste, water and toilet paper must enter the system to avoid clogging the grinder pump system. Items such as Q-tips, cotton balls, toilet seat wipes, napkins and feminine hygiene products will clog up the pump and will require a plumber to remedy.
We are a Christian married couple residing in Houston with our dog Lucky.
