Discounts for monthly (minimum 28 nights) and weekly-staying (minimum 7 nights) guests.
1. Strictly no smoking (Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas in the building)
2. Please conserve energy by turning off the air-conditioning and lights when not needed.
3. Check-in is typically at 3pm and check-out at 12pm. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Kindly treat our home like your home. Cleanliness should be observed at all times. Please dispose your garbage properly.
7. GARBAGE DISPOSAL
a. No garbage or trash shall be left in the common areas or thrown from the balconies, windows, entrances, elevators, fire exits, and stairways. A housekeeping personnel is assigned to pick up garbage from door to door during the following schedules:
Morning: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Evening: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
The assigned housekeeping personnel will be ringing your doorbell for garbage pick up. A bell will also be sounded to signify that the rolling trash bin is already along your hallway.
b. Occupants are required to segregate garbage into "wet", "dry", and/or "recyclable" and place it in sealed Polyethylene bags. Garbage placed in paper bags will not be accepted.
c. Residents who miss to bring out their garbage within the pick up schedule should bring their garbage directly to the Refuse / Garbage Room located at the Basement Level 1.
d. Residents who are caught and/or reported leaving their garbage along the hallway, elevators, and fire exits shall be penalized according to the Association's house rules.
