I'm usually around to help answer any queries and point you in the right direction but prefer not to be intrusive and you'll have lots of information about the area, buses, restaurants, pubs, trains etc in your room.
I have two dogs, one large, one small and a cat (who prefers to live outside so is rarely around). Both dogs are friendly but I try not to let them impose too much on my guests particularly if you're not keen.
There is a riding school next door (Paul Beck Equestrian) so if you fancy a lesson or hack you have a minutes walk to get to your mount - though it's advisable to prebook. The room is a dormer so windows are velux style. We are next to a Church so there are bells!
Just shoes off to go upstairs please. Smoking allowed outside only. Replace or pay for breakages. Parking is ample but please park thoughtfully.
