Enjoy the panoramic view this tropically decorated, fifth-story unit has to offer of the Atlantic Ocean and the adjacent Wildlife Sanctuary. The unit affords its guests the spectacular sunsets the Florida Keys are famous for, right from your balcony.
All rates quote are exclusive of the 12.5% taxes (7.5% to the State and 5% to the county). Once unit is confirmed, payment of the taxes will be requested on arrival at the condo in cash.

We request that you honor the check-in / check-out times as we have to turn over the unit and have it ready for the next guest arriving. In the event that you need early check-in or a late check-out, please advise us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Maximum allowed vehicle per unit rented is two vehicles, boat/trailer count as one vehicle.
Any damage done to the unit (ex. Torn or staining carpet, bedspreads, Smoking in the unit, breaking of lamps, pictures, mirrors, missing items such as coffee machine, iron, blender, or decorative items, etc.) will be deducted from the damage deposit. In the event the damage is estimated to be greater than the deposit amount, three estimates will be provided for the repair. The least expensive quote will be used for repairs and an invoice with copies of the repair quote will be sent for settlement to the renter.

•Keys to unit: All keys to unit and special elevator key will be provided upon arrival. Following charges apply to lost of keys: Condo unit key: $75.00Elevator Medeco Key: $125.00
•POOL PASS BRACELETS: Total of six bracelets will be provided, any lost bracelets will be charged at $50.00 each. If bracelets are broken return them, do not discard or you will be charged for replacement.
•The unit is turned over to you in cleaned conditions. It is expected the unit be returned in a clean condition and that no accumulation of trash or piled-up un-cleaned pans & dishes are left. The owner retains the right to deduct from the damage deposit a cleaning fee needed to hire the staff to clean the unit. There is no maid service provided during your rental. All personal amenities such as soap, shampoo, detergents, tissues, paper towels, toiletries, etc are the renters responsibility.

Host will send copy of gate arrival info form advising the guard house of your permission to enter the complex with specific dates of your stay. Please bring copy of form with you.

All rates quote are exclusive of the 12.5% taxes (7.5% to the State and 5% to the county). All payment of taxes will be required to be paid on arrival at the condo in cash. Taxes are distributed directly to the appropriate governing agency. Hosts do not get the taxes from AIRBNB.

In the event you are bringing a boat or jet ski on your trip you must advise host of this info additional requirements are required by the Home owners Association and list of the Marina Rules and regulations must be provided. There will be form required to be filled in for the association along with proof of insurance for the vessel. Slip rentals are available. They do rent out quickly during Holidays, Winter, Summer and special events. Host can assist you with slip rental.

Please be advised all water vessels that enter Kawama complex and marina must have liability insurance of Three Hundred Thousand dollars or better and require to bring proof of said insurance before being allowed to enter or use the marina, ramp or rent a slip. This will be provided via personal email.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was incredibly spacious with a great private balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo is well stocked with linens and kitchen essentials so our stay was more than comfortable. The associations private lagoon/beach area is stunning with water access and an ample amount of lounge chairs/tables to enjoy. There is even and outdoor kitchen area with a fire pit and lights strung in the palm trees above for a relaxing night in! The location could not be more central to the heart of the island as everything you'd want or need is within a 5 minute drive. All in all, this rental is perfect for any group of friends or family looking for the Keys getaway without the hustle of downtown Key West. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely time in this cute little condo. Kids loved the pool and the walks out to the jetty. The owners were super great about getting back with us about any questions we had. And everything was clean and nice. If we returned to that area of the country in the future, we would stay here again.

This is both a secluded yet accessible area. The view from the small balcony is exquisite! The condo is spacious and clean and an very safe. If you want to hang out at the condo there is a wonderful short walk to the ocean or you can quickly get to dive shops, restaurants and more. Jose was a great host and very willing to answer any and all questions. I really like the safety of the community and the tower has the very best views!

Great view from the top floor balcony and a clean, spacious living area. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. The location by the yacht club is very scenic and has nice amenities, with a pool, tennis courts, and a nice walkway out to the end of the jetty. Thanks to Jose for the clear communication and quickly answering any questions we had.

Wonderful holiday home to stay. The condo is surrounded by some beautiful sceneries like boats, picnic spots, BBQ spot, tennis courts etc. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We spent a long weekend and had a wonderful time and will definitely plan on staying here again. Pros: - the house is wonderfully equipped. Great with the standard stuff like cups, plates, etc but also with upgrades like plenty of towels, - structurally, the house is much bigger then described, very comfortably. - the owners are extremely responsive and flexible. I got responses to my emails within minutes to hours every time. - they were very accommodating.
