Spacious open plan lounge/bedroom/kitchenette en suite. The large open plan area includes a 4 seater dinner table, two armchairs, large cupboard and coffee table.

Plenty of parking space within secure and walled 1 acre property with an electric security fence. We supply the remote controls necessary to access the property through the electric gates. The Cottage has its own alarm system and wifi for easy internet access.
Easy separate access to the cottage, from secure parking area, down the side of the main house to the cottage. Guests are welcome to use the entire garden and facilities that are available. The facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, trampoline etc and are shared with the owners.

There is a microwave, a bar fridge and basic supplies of rusks, coffee, tea, sugar and start up breakfast supplies in the fridge on arrival.
There is a bath with a shower over it plus a basin and toilet. We supply enough towels for each guest to have one for the bathroom and one for the swimming pool.
We have two family dogs and a cat who have free access to the whole garden.
Prime objective is that you enjoy your stay and we enjoy your visit. Respect our home and facilities and we will return the favour. Please advise as well in advance as possible if you are running behind and possibly arriving late. We believe in sustainability so please do not waste water and electricity but most of all please enjoy yourselves. You are more than welcome to use the swimming pool, trampoline and tennis court. No Smoking allowed - except on the outside patio and in the garden and definitely no cigarette butts in the garden. We have our own pets so unfortunately no pets allowed and please no food treats to be given to our pets - always tempting but not in the pet's best interests.
