Guests not listed in itinerary are not allowed.
Early check-ins and/or late check-outs are not possible at this location.
Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is not possible at this location.
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am.
Keep front and slider doors locked when you leave the unit.
Dirtied dishes must be washed and put away.
Perishables must be removed from the refrigerator upon departure.
Garbage and recycling must be disposed of in outside receptacles upon departure.
Windows must be closed and lights / fans / AC turned off upon departure.
Set of keys must be left in the unit upon departure.
Front door key must be kept in the lockbox at all times and confirmed upon departure.
Smoking is not allowed except in designated smoking area (in the parking lot towards the beach).
Do not flush any feminine products, or anything other than toilet paper.
Do not remove towels, linens, appliances or dishes from the units (except
beach towels which are intended for this purpose).
Keep sand outside - Please rinse yourself and your gear off before coming in from the beach.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit. This includes the use of candles or incense. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray provided.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do NOT use pots or pans on the barbecue. Utilize the cutting boards provided and do not cut directly on the counters.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Parking: Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle inside the property boundary. Vehicles are to be parked in a manner that allows all vehicles parked on the property proper egress. Extra-large or additional vehicles must be parked on the road. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. One set of beach towels are provided, however we suggest you bring your own beach towels for extended stays. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units. A washer/dryer is provided to be shared by all units.
Swimming Pool: Pool hours are 9AM to 9PM. Use at your own risk. Please utilize the outdoor shower to remove beach sand and suntan lotion before entering the pool. No children in diapers are permitted in the pool at any time and all children must be under adult supervision. The pool and grounds are for the enjoyment of all guests; please be courteous. Persons with infectious diseases shall not use the pool. No running, jumping, shoving or loud noise is allowed. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Do not adjust any of the pool equipment including pumps, valves, and lights.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM, during which time the noise from the unit shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited. The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud music, loud noise disorderly behavior or parties are not allowed at any time.
Beyond the property boundary at the ocean’s edge is considered public right-of-way and may be used anytime; however please respect the boundaries of adjacent properties and do not trespass.
Be especially careful when exploring the area beyond the property boundary wall. The rocks are sharp and can be slippery. Be aware of your surroundings and never turn your back on the ocean.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.
Storms: No refunds will be given for storms
If there is a hurricane or tsunami, no refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
§Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
§Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
§Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
TRAVEL and Vacation Rental INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.
Security: Rental units have their own separate keyed doors through a common entry. When leaving the unit, secure and lock the door to your unit behind you. Lock your vehicle and bring valuables with you into the unit; do not leave them in the car. After rinsing off sand, bring in beach gear and store in the unit. The units border the ocean which is technically public right-of-way and although the grounds are private, trespassing does sometimes occur. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized persons on the property grounds.
