This lovely three bedroom apartment is situated exactly just 2 mins walk from St Georges bay, offering fantastic views. This location is right on the doorstep of some of the most popular 5 stars hotels, with many restaurants and coffee shops to relax at and choose from. The bus stop is conveniently located just outside the front door. An underground car space is also available. Other amenities like banks, supermarkets and fast food outlets are all within a close walking distance. For the evening one can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk along the seafront. For families with kids, a park is located right at the doorstep, for the kids to enjoy.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is served with a lift. It is fully equipped, air-conditioned, highly finished and furnished. It has three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 single, two bathrooms and a very spacious open plan kitchen,dining and living room with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean sea, St Georges bay and Villa Rosa gardens.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all necessary cutlery and dishes that you would need.
The living area offers a dining table and a separate lounge area with a balcony and a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV and satellite channels and DVD. Also a wood burning fireplace for the cosy winter months. In the apartment you will also find fans, iron and iron board, washing machine, internet and WiFi access.
The apartment has a master bedroom with an airconditioned double bed and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, another double bedroom with a balcony and TV, 1 single bedroom with TV and an additional bathroom. Ceiling fans are also available in every room. Cot can be made available upon request.
The apartment will be available for the guests throughout their whole stay.
You will be provided with directions prior to arrival, once booking has been completed. Will be met on arrival to show you the use of the facilities within the apartment and also directions to get around the area and what is available.
The area has all types of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a shopping complex nearby.
During the summer months access to roof garden with a nice relaxed bbq area.
Smoking not allowed inside the apartment. There are 2 balconies where smoking is permitted.
Parties not allowed in the apartment. Pets not allowed.
Guests are asked to ensure that apartment is left clean and in proper state and to treat the apartment as they would treat their own home, thus avoiding damages and breakages.
I enjoy travelling and learning about different cultures. I have previously lived in Australia and have been in Malta for the past 16 years, travelling from here.This apartment is my home, hence would like all the guest to treat it as their home. I enjoy dining and socialising and relaxing evenings.
