A HOUSE MANUAL is available in all our units , where we offer our personal recommendations for restaurants, cafes and places to see and Visit during your stay in this magical City of Valletta. May we remind you that for further questions/requests you may easily contact us during your stay via e-mail or phone during office ours and for emergency outside Office Hours.
Our HOUSEKEEPING and MAINTENANCE team is available for assistance. Bed Linen and a pair of towels per guest is provided upon arrival in the bedroom. Standard booking arrangement is inclusive of linen & towel change when reservations exceed a 7 night stay.
Should you require LUGGAGE STORAGE, it is available upon arrival and departure on request at a supplementary charge. We kindly ask you to advise us in advance, luggage is stored either in our offices or at an alternative location advised by our Team.
LAUNDRY self-service available upon request at a charge. Therefore, Do not worry about the laundry and get it done with us! Washing machine and dryer to use, situated in our office at 54 Marsamxett Road.

VBL reserves the right to enter the property and inspect the apartment anytime within reasonable hours, due to the maintenance/housekeeping or other issues that may arise.
