This is my 10th year of renting the homes and has now added a few new properties that I am very pleased with. For you we have left brochures of different things to do and see of interest, please use the brochures for your reference, but be so kind as to leave them for the next guests to enjoy.

The following amenities must clean them thoroughly prior to leaving so that the next guests can enjoy their stay: Outdoor Grill, Oven, - Please do not make the beds the House Cleaner does this. If you do have enough time the towels can be be started in the washer.

*We do have wireless high speed Internet...if you have a problem

*Many people are traveling and do not want to take the food out of the refrigerator; this is ok if it has not gone bad. The cleaning lady is happy to take it.
*If you use something up, please replace it. Gas for the grill etc. can be purchased at the local Wal-Mart in the Say brook shopping center.
*The trash should be put out in the big container on the driveway; pick up is on Monday so have the trash out on Sunday. Close to the road.
*No Smoking inside the house.
*Please turn off lights, air conditioners, TV’s, oven, stove, and coffee makers and unplug curling irons, irons, and electronics when away from house.
*Please keep the house locked when you are away from the house.
*Only toilet paper in the toilets - No Kleenex, etc
*No oil down kitchen sink drain
*All trash goes into trashcans
*Please do not leave open food on counters - it could attract unwanted summer guests-ants!
*Pets must be strictly picked up after.
*Pets must be flea free or the cost of extermination and expense of possible cancellations as a result will be charged.
*If you use the iron- please empty water from it, if applicable.
*Lint must be removed from dryer after every use.
*Childproofing is the responsibility of the parent.
STRICTLY ENFORCED: Furniture must be put back where you found it. If you took something out, put it back please.
All dishes must be either washed or put in the dishwasher. You will be charged if you leave dishes. You will be charged if you are not out of the house by 11 am. The cleaners are waiting since we have Guest arriving.
