1. Please don´t smoke inside. If you need to smoke, please smoke outside in the garden and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.
2. Absolutely NO NOISY PARTIES or NOISE in the property specially at night and please be considerate of our neighbors.
3. Please close the door smoothly, especially at night please try not to make noise when you close the doors.
4. Please do not bring home guests that are not part of the booking, unless through prior agreement.
5. Please do not trash in the property. Use the garbage area accordingly. 6. It is needless to say please DO NOT lose the keys.
7. Strictly not allowed to use flat address for any reason. Please ask host if you have any special request regarding that.
8. Please leave the apartment as you found it: take the waste out, turn off all lights and AC and close all the windows. Please wash all the dishes you used and leave them tidy as you found it.
9. Please make sure you take your belongings with you when you check out. You are responsible for your own stuff if you leave anything in the property. But of course, I will happy to post it to you if I find anything which is belongs to you.
10. Sometimes you may have to give access into the property. I will inform you well before. Please note it barely happens unless anything urgent.
IMMIGRATION & BORDER SERVICES
On your arrival and in order to stay in the apartment, I will ask some personal data from each guests, in order to communicate to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). This obligation falls on companies exploiting hotel establishments, as well on those which provide the accommodation to foreigner’s citizens, including nationals of other member states of the European Union.
- The time of arrival and departure are flexible depending on the apartment availability and schedules.
- Because it is an accommodation without a reception desk, it is important that the guest is always contactable on the day of the arrival and the time pre-arranged for the arrival are respected.
- In case of delay, it is important that the guest makes a valid and timely contact (phone call or text message). Without this notice and more than 1h late, the check-in will be rescheduled depending on my availability.
- For a late Check-in after 20h (8 p.m.) 20€ paid directly upon check-in.
