I can pick-up guests from the NAIA Terminal 3 every : Saturdays or Sundays, between 9-12nn.
I can pick-up guests in meeting areas like Malls/Starbucks in Makati or BGC areas except Tuesdays and Fridays, between 9-12nn.
1. No alteration to the property should be done in any way(no nails, glue, blue tacks, or similar kind on the walls, ceilings, doors are permitted).
2. Noise should be kept at a minimum level on hours as allowable by the building management & the city of BGC.
3. No sub-letting of the apartment is allowed.
4. Any additional occupant(if any) should be reported and signed-in with me & should obtain prior approval from same.
5. No electric & electronic gadgets should be left plugged in to the power outlet or left un-attended on the bed. Some of these gadgets generate heat and can start a fire when in contact with fabrics or highly flammable materials.
6. Please turn off all lights & AC & appliances when leaving the apartment. Help save the planet!
7. Everything and anything inside the property is not to be taken out at any time by the guest.
8. The Security Deposit made to me and thru AIR BnB is intended for the protection of loss or damage to anything & everything inside the property. This is fully refundable to the guest after their check-out granting no damage or loss was incurred on the duration of the guest's stay. The terms of transaction of which is carried out by Air BnB as stated on their website.
9. All REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS are facilitated between AIR BnB & the GUEST. I do not in any way or form has any access nor means to any of the transaction as stated.
10. SMOKING is not allowed inside the apartment. There are designated smoking areas in the building, please check with the concierge at the lobby.
