One bedroom apt on two levels inside an 1930's villa with separate entrance and own paved garden. Private, bright and comfortable. One large loft bedroom with queen size bed, living space with kitchen and sofa bed, large bathroom with bath tub and separate shower.
We ask our guest to pay cleaning fees in cash upon arrival, this will keep your and ours airbnb fees lower. As for linen, we can provide it for a small fee or you can bring your own.
This apartment is very comfortable and cosy, it is well equipped and offers a pleasant paved garden.
The larger portion of the villa is completely separate and independent. The beach and a long gorgeous seaside promenade are steps away. Livorno has a mild climate and long beautiful summers. Florence, Pisa, Lucca and all of Tuscany are close and easy to reach by car or public transport.
You'll enter the villa from the front door, then your door is just inside. The ground floor is the living space with open kitchen. There's also a sofa bed. Upstairs you'll find a large bathroom and the bedroom, both with skylights. The paved garden is outside the front door.
The bedroom is upstairs.
Please leave the apt tidy. If there are guests in the other portion of the villa you will be sharing the front door access. It is a residential area so be respectful of neighbours. If you'd like to bring a pet contact us, it's generally okay.
Benedetta and Elena, two sisters, grown up in the eclectic, funky, irreverent city of Livorno, Italy, and now living at the opposite end of the worlds, USA and Australia. We have lived in many different countries, visited even more, met all sorts of people, tried our hands at a variety of things.
Yet we still love Livorno, our house there, our old friends, and the "happy-go-lucky" attitude of the city there. We love the endless summers, the mild winters, the tortoises in the garden, the aperitivo in the glorious sunsets on the promenade at the end of the street.
We hope you'll find our house a pleasant, relaxing, fun place, from where you can enjoy the rest of Tuscany, and its many tourist attractions, or just the beach and fish restaurants at the end of the street!
