Walk to restaurants and bars. Top floor of handcrafted home with vaulted ceilings. Large full bath with glass shower. One queen bed and one twin. Coffee table and seating, small fridge and coffeemaker. Yogurt, coffee, creamer and water bottles. Please give us a solid time you will arrive.
Beautiful space with large windows throughout. Coffee, yogurt and water provided. Great linens and comfortable beds. This is the room you want to wake up in. The room has two beds, one queen and a twin. We have a cat and a dog that are friendly and curious. If allergies are an issue, think twice.
You can access the top floor from our front door. We will be here to greet you and show you the ropes. We have a large front porch for relaxing and having a drink before walking 3 blocks to West Asheville for a great dinner and live music. There is street parking right in front. It's a quiet two block street. Please give us a solid time you will arrive so you won't wait to get a key. I want you to feel comfortable here but this is the Hilton. We do not offer turn down service or daily housekeeping. You are in our home and feel free to ask us for something you are in need
of. There is not a kitchen upstairs but if you need to heat up leftovers just ask to use our microwave. Otherwise we do not go upstairs during your stay.
Jen and Steve will be here throughout your stay to offer any assistance or to stay out of your hair. We know the area well and have a guide book of our personal suggestions. Steve has been in West Asheville since 1991 and I joined him in 2010. We love to discover new restaurants and music in the area. The Blue Ridge Parkway is not far and we have many waterfalls and paths that are our favorites. I am a cell call away if you need directions or ideas when you are exploring. We do not go into your space while you are visiting.
We have a smallish dog, Joe, that is always at my side. Very well behaved and a cat that will be in and out. They are both seniors and rather deaf. They are a part of the household and family. Neither will be upstairs, tho the cat might try it. Cat allergies might be an issue. Street parking is plentiful and Uber is a call away. Remember that West Asheville/Haywood Road is 3 blocks away. We live downstairs on the first floor of the house that Steve built in 2010 so you might hear us up and about.
House rules are simple. Please be courteous and give us a solid time that you will arrive so you will not have to wait and check out is before 10 am. No smoking inside but OK on the front porch. No pets. Guests will be given a key and are free to come and go as they please. Please lock the front door when you go out. Late night noise should be kept to a minimum and normal levels of cleanliness and neatness are expected. Other than that have fun and enjoy our bit of paradise. Check in is after 3pm please contact me regarding the key and check in time we are not home all the time and we want to be here to let you in. We are flexible with the times if discussed prior.
从2017年10月05日 - 2017年11月05日起最少住宿4晚。
Steve and Jen built this Arts and Crafts style home in 2010. We love West Asheville because of it's easy access to nightlife and shopping. We are antique dealers and build industrial furniture. I was a travel agent and love to travel the world. Our daughters are grown and gone. We have a small dog named Joe and a cat Amorous. They are cool. We travel to many antique shows through the year and buy and sell some unusual items. It's a great way to see the area and meet some characters. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe and our neighbors are our friends.
