You will have access to the entire studio. Laundry room is on the same floor just down the hallway. Parking lot at rear of building ***our parking lot will be going under renovations so only street parking at this time.* Walk distance to beach... across street, walk along fence to ramp and then your toes are in the sand!. Walk down to beach
Housekeeping may knock and enter. You most likely won't see me but I'm always available via Airbnb's messaging system. And if you can't catch me there then shoot me a text!
You might run into residents of the building, The Riviera, so when you do, say "Hi!" With the access codes, there's no need to meet me. You can come and go as you please. Check-in yourself, anytime after 1pm. Ask for access codes & arrival info within 24hrs of arrival. Becareful, if you decide to sit on the balcony & take advantage of the view, do so before 9pm as a talking voice travels thru the windows of my neighbors bedrooms.

I get a lot of questions about the security deposit. You will not be charged of security deposit unless there are damages.

Do not park in front of our neighbors wooden garages or in private spots that say no parking.
No smoking inside whatsoever. If you smoke inside, you will loose the deposit. Sorry, no pets. Smoke free building. No loud music since I have 4 neighbors close by. No partying allowed ever. No chatting on the balcony after 10pm.
I don't charge a cleaning fee because I'd like to keep the cost as low as possible. I do expect to get my unit back exactly the way I left it, sparkly! Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $30 can be left in the kitchen for the cleaning lady. Avoid extra cleaning charges by returning unit as close as possible to the way found. MUST read house manual, posted in kitchen upon arrival.
