Located in "The Golden Triangle" of Sunny San Diego. This is a nice 2 story townhouse that is modern with a "user friendly" custom kitchen :-)
Rules are short and sweet!
Rule #1. Be a good neighbor! I have awsome neighbors and i consider many of them as friends :) so have all the fun you want but once you bring it home consider it the "Chill Zone"
Rule #2. I go with a "FILO" policy so y'all may recall from accounting 101 FILO is First In Last Out :) You will be the First In the house and at the end you will be the Last Out of the house---- see its simple papi!
Rule #3. Own it baby! Just treat it as though it is the culmination of many years of hard work and so yeah be cool and smooth.....Remember this is not a hotel its a private residence so give it some love and it will love you back! :)
Rule #4. Park only in the designated space or park anywhere on Arriba street as it is adjacent to the home.
Rule #5. Have Fun! yes you are in an awesome town with great friends/family lounging in a "Great Space in Sunny San Diego" yeah feel the love! ............... dont be that cloud on a Sunny Day! :) noo maaan the life it is goooood ! :)
Rule #6. Subscribe to the homes Mantra;
"Keep Calm & Dont Forget to be Awesome!"
final thoughts....Please be kind ---No Early check ins nor Late checkouts.....Like you Housekeeping takes their job very seriously and can not be stressed or rushed therefor times are strictly adhered to check out is 11:am and check in is 3:pm.....If you need "an early check in" then the right thing to do is to book the previous day.
if you need "a late check out" then book the following day.

This is a cool service via AirBnB i think they truly earn their fees having said that
I will make note of the spirit and culture that this is about. This is not a Hotel it is a private residence. Hotels are awesome and necessary I use them often this is more for the person who "wants to live like a local" so if you want a turn down service I think you may be disappointed. If you are shopping for a space and its all about the $$$$ well that’s your right but again this is not intended to compete with hotels or motels this is for an "experience focused" person(s). For example in the San Diego Space local trash service is Monday am so depending on when your booking is it will be appreciated if you roll out the cans Sunday night and return them Monday----No its not required but appreciated and part of the "living like a local" routine.
When contacting me it’s helpful to give "context" to your stay remember there’s a lot of trust going on here (on both our parts) so a little 411 on your stay goes a long way. Remember the mantra is "Keep Calm & don’t forget to Be Awesome!"
Should we agree on my hosting you please expect detailed communication and fairly often up until check in. Once you've checked in I will make it clear that you are welcome to contact me should you have any questions or concerns beyond that however I will (most likely) not be contacting you as I feel it’s important to have your space and privacy is a large part of that space ---just my point of view.
Hosting and indeed Hosting well is something I genuinely enjoy and so its little surprise that I find hosting you both a privilege and an honor ;)
I look forward to being your 5 star host until then; Travel Well
