We rely on tank water but we ensure that their is always adequate water. We ask that people are "water wise" as we aim for self sufficiency. Please come and enjoy our wonderful environment and don't stress about not having enough. Unfortunately the spa is not an option unless by special arrangement.

HOUSE RULES... I want people to enjoy themselves but this is not a big party house! People come to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding bushland. We do not have wifi. The house runs on rain water and has filtered water for drinking. Therefore it would be appreciated if people would be careful and conscious of their water usage. Also be aware of the green house costs of electricity. By turning off the lights when not in use you will not attract the bugs. We try to keep this accommodation as environmentally-friendly as possible. We are pet lovers and pet friendly if you contact us prior to discuss.
