No drugs, no parties. Please keep the noise down. This is a quiet building so please be mindful of our neighbors.
We had a good trip to LA. The location is great and reasonably central for LA. Beaches are about 45 mins and Disneyland is about 75 min. We didn't like the exterior of the building and didn't think it was well kept, especially the inside hallway leading to the front door. The inside was a LOT better than the outside. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen but we had to buy some basics like sugar etc. Ralph's is only 2 blocks down. There weren't sufficient towels or blankets esp since I had to sleep on the floor since the promised roll away bed never arrived. There also wasn't any soap or shampoo and they dropped off 1 body wash for the 2 bathrooms the next day after I asked. Overall a good place if you are not picky.
This was a great apartment only a short 10 min walk from Hollywood Walk of Fame but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. It was a great location to connect to the LA area. The apartment had very comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need. The washer and dryer were great. I would recommend this apartment.
What shall I say: this rental is awesome! The way to get there was not what you want during a vacation: our first airbnb rental which we booked for our time in LA just cancelled the booking less than two weeks before our arrival. During vacation season in the states, this really is an issue - our budget for the trip was set, and now we had to find another rental! So, we booked this one. It was a bit over our budget, but it looked promising, and we didn't really want to go to a fleabag. We arrived and were shown the place - easy and convenient check in. The apartment-building is a bit - well, smelly. :D But the apartment is amazing - clean, stylish, well equipped. We used the pool that was directly behind the apartment - so it was very convenient - although it seemed that it raised some attention with the neighbors, because some were looking from their balconies. :P It's just a short walk to Hollywood Blvd and all the stuff a tourist wants to see. :) We went there every day so we didn't use the cool kitchen in the apartment. ;) When we come back to LA, we'll want to stay at Rez' place again! Thanks for the awesome vacation! And a final note for everyone who wants to use the basement parking garage: we got a minivan (a new (3miles!!!) Chrysler Pacifica) and it was quite an experience parking it! (We had about an inch left between undercarriage and driveway. :P) So, you shouldn't really get a bigger car, otherwise you need to park outside.
The one thing I learned after staying at my first AirBnb was that it is important to read into the descriptions that the beds are comfortable.Rez's place was my second stay at an Airbnb and THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE!! Rez's place was a two bedroom and both rooms were decorated beautifully.I noticed when searching two bedroom places before finding Rez's that the main bedrooms in many are decorated nicely but the second bedroom looks drab and dumpy.NOT HERE!The entire place is bright, clean, sophistcatly and contemporary (URL HIDDEN) is quiet, roomy space and looks and feels better than the photos. And I liked the photos! The entire apartment is bran spank'in new!One of the bathrooms had two sinks which was perfect for saving time in the morning. The living room faces the pool and has a nice balcony for sitting. We never saw any one in the pool area our entire stay. This was a great experience.
