This condo is AMAZING! Stainless appliances, granite counters, and a balcony with an AWESOME view. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook any meal. Check with me for standard rate during summer. Rates decrease in Fall / Winter. Purchase of $15 parking pass required upon arrival. Must be at least 25 years of age to book. Valid I.D. required at Check In.
This condo is perfect for the small family getaway. Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Sofa is a Queen Sleeper.
The entire condo will be yours for the length of your stay.
I will not be on the premises, but we have a property manager that is always willing to help and answer any questions. I am available by cell phone for your entire length of stay .
No Pets, and No smoking. The use of any type grill is prohibited on the balcony. We have three charcoal grills on the premises for your use. There is only ONE assigned parking space per unit and you will be required to purchase a parking pass for $12 upon arrival. If you bring other vehicles, you will likely have to park that vehicle off premises. Call me and I'll see if there is an extra space on site during your stay.
If you're staying for more than a day or two, you'll want to pack extra toilet tissue, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Bring your own cooking spices. We provide all linens and towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. No hair dryer provided. There is only ONE parking space per unit, contact me before booking if you plan to bring an extra vehicle. $15 parking pass is good for the length of your stay and you will need to purchase upon arrival. Maximum occupancy for my condo is 6 people with NO exceptions. Guests are subject to eviction if occupancy exceeds 6 people.
