We have a spacious contemporary impeccably renovated home in Platt Park - one of Denver's best, most delightful, most accessible neighborhoods.
The main home has living, dining, and entertainment areas and a gourmet chef kitchen. A private courtyard with outdoor dining and a gas grill is accessible right off the dining room weather permitting. French press, tried and true Mr. Coffee brewer, and teapot and kettle.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master bedroom/bathroom and guest bedroom/bath), both with queen beds, are on the main floor. Additionally there is a downstairs bedroom space with a queen bed and separate bathroom. Downstairs is a split-level open area contiguous to to a nicely finished basement.

This is a beautifully finished and furnished separate dwelling with all amenities: one bedroom/one bath (shower), full kitchen, laundry. The high-end American Leather sleeper sofa is a full queen - the G Flat can accommodate 3-4 people.
Our location is convenient to light-rail and public transportation - a great location convenient to most all of Denver.
We are 4.5 miles/12 minutes from Downtown/Performing Arts Center (DCPA)/Convention Center by car - via light-rail it's about 25 minutes. Cherry Creek is 3.5 miles/10 minutes by car. DU/University of Denver is 1.5 miles/4minutes away by car.
High-speed internet, ample on/off street parking, access to private courtyard, quiet street/neighborhood.
At Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays we ask for a minimum 5 day stay :-)

Cab fare is about $65 from/to DIA and takes about 40 minutes. Super Shuttle from DIA is $26 each way and takes roughly an hour. Public transit via RTD Sky Ride >transferring to light rail is $9 and takes 70-90 minutes. From the light rail station it's a 12 minute walk to the house.
You can also catch light rail to downtown Denver.

This listing is lovely. Platt Park is a wonderful neighbourhood and this home is situated well within it. The street is quiet with plenty of parking; restaurants, coffee shops, wine shops and breweries are within a 2-minute walk (be sure to check out Sushi Den). The listing itself has 3 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a nice yard. After some initial confusion at check-in, Steve proved to be a very responsive host who provided us with everything we needed.

Loved the place,the neighborhood and how clear Steve was about everything. He was very nice and quick to respond to any question I had. Check in and check out we're very easy. The place was perfect for a family trip to denver, we are familiar with this area and we like how centric it is. Close to platt park , Washington park or cherry creek and of course S pearl st. Steve has a great kitchen and the living room was spacious. Everything was super clean and the space didn't feel cluttered at all. We would definitely go back!

This was a great experience. First of all, the location is incredible. A walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The house is clean and exactly as advertised. Steve and Vicki are super friendly and helpful, adding to the whole experience. And they have a Sonos system!

Very nice, modern accomodations. We stayed eight days and really enjoyed ourselves (used all three bedrooms). Very good location in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants, bars, city parks and public transportation. Steve very responsive to any questions you have and the check-in and departure process is a breeze. Very clear, printed directions for use of the house and all appliances. Very good wifi also.

Amazing house, lots of space, quiet neighborhood. One block away (less than 2 minute walk) to a hip coffee shop, ice cream parlor and Malaysian restaurant.
