The Ayers Guest House is a newly built apartment in a 19th century carriage barn. This is a very unique space located directly behind Prohibition Pig brewery and restaurant and across the street from the Craft Beer store.
The couch in the living room is also a fold out bed that sleeps two. There are two bedrooms. One with a queen and the other with a double bed. The apartment could sleep 6.
In the kitchen, guests will find a Keurig coffee machine with K-cups provided. We provide half & half and sugar for coffee and tea. Also a light breakfast of Vermont wood fired bagels and cream cheese available in refrigerator.
There is a full time tenant who lives next door to the guest house. Please be respectful and quiet as you come and go and in sharing hall space.
We'll provide guests with a number pass code to enter the building and apartment.
We are located directly across the parking lot if guests need anything. Our guests are also welcome to reach us by text message.
I am a stay at home mom spending most days playing motorcycles, ninjas, and Star Wars with my two young sons. I also work part time at Prohibition Pig. My husband, Jeremy is a potter and part time professor. He makes and sells his functional pottery from his home studio.
Our home has been in Jeremy's family since 1892 when his great, great, grandfather had it built. The house has since been divided into 3 apartments. We live on the first floor. Upstairs there are two apartments. Jeremy's Aunt Betsy lives in one apartment and the other is reserved for friends, family and our Air BnB guests.
