Light, modern house with view of the sea and archipelago nature, beautiful all year round. Relaxing space for couples or families. Sauna, fireplace, terrace. Right next to forest, close to fishing and beaches, x-country skiing and ice-hole in winter.
Särkisalo is a special place. Wildlife abounds: we've seen foxes, sea eagles, and lynx out the window. It's quiet, and it is furnished with everything you will need for your stay, plus more. Extras include a lawn, a piano, swings for kids, a bathtub if you prefer it to the sauna, and a library you are welcome to peruse. There are also bicycles you can use to explore the neighborhood.
All access. Exercise equipment includes an elliptic machine and trampoline.
If we are not personally available to meet you (we are currently renting in Helsinki), a local contact person will be able to help you with anything that comes up. Even if we're not here, please feel free to be in touch -- we're happy to recommend special walks and places to explore.
No smoking or pets. Simple courtesy and consideration is requested. This is our home!
