ANNVIL02 is a stylish and spacious 3 bedroom house situated only 450m to the golden sandy beaches at the famous FIG TREE BAY, in the heart of the Protaras tourist area.
You have everything right on the doorstep; beaches, bars, restaurants, water park, water-sport activities...a truly amazing location!
This house is totally unique and custom built with no immediate neighbours and good size outdoor spaces and has been furnished to a high standard with classical styled furniture, cream and neutral colour scheme throughout.

The ground floor has a large L shaped open plan living area which combines a solid wooden kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and a full size dishwasher. The seating area is light and airy with flat screen TV (with a wide selection of English and Russian channels)
A bathroom with shower/basin/toilet is also conveniently located on the ground floor.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, the first has a king size bed plus 1 single bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower/basin/toilet.
The second bedroom has 3 singled beds and the third has 2 single beds (larger style-1.5) On this level you have the third bathroom which is family/shared (shower/basin/toilet
Bedroom 1 and 2 have shared access onto a large roof terrace with lovely sea views. There is plenty of patio furniture in this house from glass dining tables and aluminium chairs to 2x rattan outdoor sofas with comfortable cushions, sunbeds, a fixed angled umbrella to give shade on hotter days and even 3 wind in awnings so you can enjoy being outdoors with all the family.
The entire property is fully fenced and totally secure with gated entrance, ideal for children of all ages.
Parking is included at the rear of the house.

High chair and baby cot is available upon request.
WiFi is included.
Getting around is very easy, there is a bus stop passing regularly and with everything so close you could actually holiday here without a hire car.
Just across the road is LIDL supermarket so you can easily do your grocery shopping and several hotels with great swimming pools that welcome non residents, so you can enjoy a swim and use of other facilities at the local hotels.

Utilities
Electricity usage: A KW/H meter reading will be made upon your arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is as follows:
•1 or 2 bedroom property 100 kWh
•3 bedroom property 200 kWh
•4 bedroom property 300 kWh
Each unit used above the limit will be charged at 0.30 euro cents. A limit is in place to encourage guests to be aware of their use. Guests have been known to leave air conditioning units running in a property whilst they are out for the day so that they come back to a cool property - this is a waste and simply not necessary. The limit is to try to discourage this kind of unnecessary use.

• TO AVOID INJURY, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ENTERING THE APT/VILLA WITH WET FEET, TILED FLOORS CAN BE VERY SLIPPERY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE ON THE VERANDAS SO PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE WALKING AROUND THE POOL AREA, GARDEN AND PROPERTY IN GENERAL
• PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PRIVATE PROPERTY AND THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD PRESENT IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREA, CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT
•PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS; TO AVOID NOISE COMPLAINTS AND FOR OBVIOUS HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE THE SWIMMING POOL AFTER DARK
• NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 11PM

•OUR VILLAS AND APARTMENTS ARE LOCATED WITHIN A MIXED COMPLEX OF ALL YEAR ROUND RESIDENTS AND HOLIDAY MAKERS, WE THEREFORE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU USE CONSIDER YOUR NEIGHBOURS AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY AND NIGHT

•EMERGENCY CALL OUTS
SHOULD YOU BECOME LOCKED OUT OF THE PROPERTY DURING NORMAL OFFICE HOURS (9am – 5pm, MONDAY - FRIDAY) WE WILL MEET YOU AT THE PROPERTY WITH A SPARE KEY TO GAIN ACCESS. IF YOU BECOME LOCKED OUT OF THE PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE OFFICE HOURS YOU WILL BE CHARGED A €25:00 CALL OUT FEE. PLEASE USE THE LOCK BOX TO STORE YOUR KEYS AS THIS WILL AVOID LOSING THEM – FOR OBVIOUS SECURITY REASONS WE WOULD NEED TO CHANGE THE LOCKS COMPLETELY IF YOU LOSE YOUR KEYS, IN THIS CASE A €60.00 APPLIES.

House needs renovation. It's clouse to the big road so it's really noisily. All the time we've had problems with water even before that accident in Larnaka. On the first week of our stay we didn't have water at all for more than 2 days. On the second week there was no water at all for 3 days!!! Can you imagine that with 4 little kids (1,5 years old, 3, 4, 6 years old)? No shower after the sea, not cooking, not washing clothes, not using toilets (try smell it after 3 days) !!! All other time when we've had water, the pressure in the taps was terribly small. Or when it was strong (after the plumber came), the temperature of water was really unstable and changing so fast, that it was hard to wash the baby, she got burned several times. Besides the whole condition of the house is quite poor. Some beds are broken, the wall in the kitchen is partly decayed. The water is running through the wall outside the house from the small locked room in the kitchen. There is a flood from that room to the kitchen and a terrible mould smell, that is harmful for the kids. Even the plumber didn't help with that water leak, but turned on the air con to heat, and we were living in that terrible heat and humidity when it's 38 Celsius outside!

Spacious house with all amenities not far from the beach. Our stay here was very comfortable and pleasant.

Kristina, im glad you were happy with us as hosts, that is nice of you to say. However, i am not sure about the rest of your review; to clarify the house is exactly as photographed and described, yes it is on a main road and yes this is clearly shown in the photographs, you are the first guest to say that the house is in need of renovation, I'm sure that if you were dissatisfied with its condition you would not have stayed there at all? If you want to be centrally located in a tourist resort there will be of course be roads and a certain amount of noise that you have to deal with which all other guests have expected.
