The apartment is located on Allenby St., one of the major streets in Tel Aviv. The street itself is comprised of stores for all of your needs, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, you name it. It is a 3 minute walk from the Carmel Market, 9 minute walk from the beach, with bus stops directly in front of the building to start your commute to anywhere. This apartment is ideal for people who want to be close to everything they need, and can walk to almost of their daily activities.
Like all the buildings on Allenby, the outside looks old as they were built very early in Tel Aviv's history. Don't judge a book by its cover. This apartment is located in what was previously a textile factory, with high ceilings, unique floors and spacious rooms. The apartment has a rustic charm and is well kept. You will be able to feel the history of the building when you enter the apartment.
With respect to the decor, the pictures I have posted should show everything you want to know.
I maintain a bedroom for myself which will be locked when I am away during your stay. You will have a private bedroom with a TV and a bed that fits two people. In addition to your bedroom, you will access to the kitchen for cooking, a dinner table, bathroom and a very large living room with a flat screen TV and sofas.
However, please note, that this listing and it's available dates are for when I will also be here. That means I will be around and able to help you with suggestions, where to go, what to do, but it is not a private booking. If you want to rent the space when I am away as a private apartment, please see my 2nd listing for the space.
As I will be staying with you, I will be here and am happy to help you throughout your stay, give you suggestions as to where to go or what to do and when.
I am extremely liberal, and I accept everyone. If you are a member of LGBT community, the apartment will have the added bonus of being in a LGBT friendly area and I am happy to assist you with all questions regarding the community here, and help you make decisions about where to go and what to do with this in mind, if that is something you desire.
Again, if you wish to book this same apartment while I am away, see the second listing.
You are welcome to use the fridge and utensils. I only ask that you respect my belongings, and treat them as they were your own. This means not breaking things, doing damage to the apartment or taking things that aren't yours. Basic respect for others belongings should be enough.
As I will be staying here, keeping clean and tidy after yourself will be much appreciated, and provide a more comfortable overall experience. in addition, I ask that you do not bring strangers into the house. I work a lot and my hope is to maintain a peaceful environment in the house :-D.
I am a fun loving and outgoing person, which is why I make my living as a performer, writing and producing my own shows. My job takes me all over Israel, and I am often away from my home. I love to meet new people and travel, host dinners with friends, go shopping at the market or out in Tel Aviv. I hope to help make your stay in Israel as amazing as possible.
