Stylish studio suites which comprise of a double bedroom en-suite with an small adjoining lounge. The sofa in the lounge can be used as a bed for 1. They all comprise of a kitchenette with sink, plug in hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, pots & pants, crockery & cutlery, microwave etc. Everything you need for basic cooking requirements. Ideal for 2 or family of 3 sharing. Ideal for business or leisure customers. They are located on the 2nd floor so customers must be able to do stairs.

We are located in a lovely quiet area next to a park & only a few minutes walk from Sale town centre with its eclectic mix of coffee shops, restaurants & waterside bars. Hop on the tram at Sale & a 15 minute hours will take you in to Manchester & all its attractions. Free Wifi, free onsite parking & we also take well behaved pets too!
You are on a ‘No Service Rate’ We can service your room for £30 a day. Please give us 1 day notice. If you need any extras like toilet rolls, towels etc, please just ask at reception.
It’s £50 per pet per stay which you pay to us on arrival.
Please let us know if you are bringing any pets. Please don’t leave them unattended. Thank you.
