It is surrounded by many colleges such as Los Angeles City College and West Coast University. It is also about 30 minutes from University of Southern California. Most basic missions can be accomplished by walking, but for greater distances in LA, driving is best. Multiple main roads lead to this location making this home logistically pleasing. While the area is up and coming, it is still quite peaceful with many families living in the area. There is covered garage parking that is accessible upon entering the front gate. Parking remotes are inside the units and can be attained after check in. For additional vehicles, street parking is ample.
