Sunny room in amazing Nachlaot Apt.
My room includes a double bed, work desk, full dresser, "reading corner" and plenty of space to feel at home.
The living room is spacious and welcoming, we have a full kitchen, and private roof garde…
The apartment is very very dirty
I am glad to hear that Eva enjoyed the view from the apartment, but I think that her understanding of staying as a guest through Airbnb in someone's home (especially an apartment of roommates) is skewed and may not have the standards of cleanliness as one would find in a private room in a 5-star hotel. The listing was for the room (which was cleaned before their arrival) and as a part of renting the room, they were able to use the apartment's many facilities, which many can vouch that the description "dirty as hell" is neither befitting nor fair. It is additionally unfair and misleading to rank my communication as "0." During the booking period, I consistently responded to her questions and on the day that they entered the apartment (I was abroad) I took the initiative to arrange them to receive a key so that they could enter at their own convenience and I emailed them from abroad to check in to make sure they arrived comfortably. Well after their arrival, Eva emailed me saying that the bathrooms are disgusting and she spent two hours cleaning them in the nighttime. I was not sure why this wasn't brought immediately after their arrival, but well into their visit and checked in with a roommate to see why the bathrooms were left dirty. It seems as Ms. Razgon has different standards and was not communicative of those expectations prior to her arrival. I can confidently say that the short, un-detailed description left in this review is not representative of my welcoming home and hospitality and I welcome visitors to come and see for themselves.
