Everything is at hand at our 3BR/2BA Peach Grove House. Hazeltine Park with a kid’s recreation area and tennis/ball courts just 2 blocks away. It’s only a 15-minute drive to Hollywood and 15 minutes from both Universal Studios and Beverly Hills! When you get home, the private outdoor area and pool will be a welcome treat.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Enter directly into the inviting living room with wood floors, decorative fireplace and seating for 6 on the comfy couch and two armchairs. A generous 50” flat screen TV dominates the opposite wall where you can catch a favorite show or movie.
The open kitchen and dining area is just off the living room. The elegant kitchen is also practical, with state of the art stainless appliances, loads of beautiful wood cupboards, double sink and gorgeous green marble countertops. It’s easy to prepare meals and chat with the family while they set the table! The oval dining table accommodates 6 and there is direct access to the backyard with a BBQ grill.
The master bedroom at the end of the hallway has a queen-size wood sleigh bed. The vaulted ceiling, wood floors and simplicity of this space make it calm and serene. The master bath has a large jetted tub on one side and a large walk-in shower at the other. Black marble vanity and privacy film windows make this an elegant en-suite!
The second and third bedrooms both have inviting queen size beds. Large windows bring in lots of light. The second bathroom offers a pedestal vanity and tub/shower combination.
The pool is just steps from the dining room. The pool and patio area is bright, sunny and very private, with lots of seating for poolside relaxing. If the sun gets to be too much, tuck under the patio umbrellas with a cool drink!
Note: The pool and hot tub are not heated.
*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
