All visitors to the premises are restricted and are subject to be previously authorized by the building's administration office. The building's charter does not permit guests/nightly renters to have visitors so we will need to work around this beforehand if you need to receive visitors during your stay. Only guests staying in the apartment can enjoy the building's facilities/amenities etc.
Nightly Rates / Weekly Rates quoted in the listing are in USD and up to 4 people occupancy. After 4 people occupancy (and up to a maximum of 6), nightly rate increases $15 USD per person.
Listing does not include access to private locked closet by the laundry room where supplies and my personal items are stored.
The place is in great shape please treat it as your own! Please note, unfortunately guests/nightly renters can't have visitors to the premises during their stay since it's prohibited by the building's charter. Only previously authorized guests will be allowed to enter. Kindly send me the names and IDs of all people staying in the apartment to clear your entrance from the building's administration office.
