There is a comfortable open plan living area incorporating a modern kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Fully equipped with a TV, DVD and stereo, comfortable sofa and south facing windows with access to the garden terrace with magnificent views over Mont Blanc
The apartment is located in the Clos des Etoiles chalets sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms plus a sofa lounge for 1 or 2 extras if required. Only 10 minutes down the road from the centre of Chamonix and there is bus / train stop at the bottom of the driveway.

We live in Chamonix and will meet you on arrival to help you get settled in and answer any questions. To make your holiday run smoother we are able to get you lift passes, arrange activities, mountain guides and ski school (all at no extra charge) We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
During high season this property has a 7 night minimum stay, usually Saturday to Saturday. If you wish to have a flexible stay - weekend, midweek, over 7 nights or spilt weeks - then please contact us and if the dates are available we will send you a quote.
Normal check out is 10am and check in is 5pm however we are flexible on this as long as we can accommodate your request. Contact us to confirm.
We meet our guests upon arrival and take them to the property they have rented from us so we can go over everything with them but the following is a bit of useful information before you book.
Normal check out is 10am and check in is between 5pm & 8pm. We try to be as flexible as possible on this so we request that you supply us with travel details so we can do our best to prepare the property for your planned arrival time.
Our rentals include:
o The property
o Linen with beds made on arrival
o All local taxes
o Our pre arrival booking service
o Our in resort rep service.
We take a damage deposit upon arrival of 500 Euros via credit card. It is a pre-approval system so no funds are actually put on your card.
Arrival after 8pm will incur a 20 Euros charge
Arrivals after 11pm will incur a 50 Euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight can't be guaranteed without prior notice.
These charges are to be paid upon arrival in resort.
Throughout peak season we have a 7 night minimum stay and may also have fixed changeover-days. Please contact with your request and we will endeavour to find a solution to your travel dates!
