The Christiansted bypass makes all access easy; whether you are walking, biking or driving. A rental vehicle is suggested if you are planing to explore the entire island.
Handy downtown restaurants, Harvey's, Zenny's, Ft. Christian Brew Pub, Savant, and Twin City Cafe to name a few. In nearby Gallows Bay, try Maria's Cantina, No Bones Cafe or The Bistro. Danish cemetery and St. John's Anglican Church just steps away toward downtown and the harbor. Many shops, curiosities, pubs, and water sport vendors within walking distance.

When we are home we will be pleased to assist with travelers needs, be that a pick-up or drop-off at the airport, shopping, beach, harbor, etc. Simply ask and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
The community quite time is from 10PM to 8AM and please remember that at all times, life sounds should be kept to a non-intrusive level.
Guide to Neighborly Living and manuals for all appliances are in the entertainment cabinet. There is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of any condominium door or window. The goal here is to avoid smoke from causing harm to anyone in or around their unit. Please confine any smoking on the grounds so that others may enjoy the clean air of the tropics.
Sand and other debris from beach clothing and equipment must not go down sink or tub drains. Please rinse and wipe off snorkel and scuba equipment before bringing it into the unit.
Please take care to leave the unit in the pristine condition you find it. Contact us if you find otherwise. Repeat Guests may negotiate the cleaning fee if you enjoy a little light cleaning while putting all linens through the professional washer and dry cycle. the cleaning fee covers the sanitizing of the bathroom, kitchen and all linens, it does not cover housekeeping. We support and enjoy family friendly pets, however the Condominium has a strict NO DOG policy and our units are not conducive to keeping a pet.
As on most Caribbean Islands, water and electricity are precious commodities. Please use your best efforts to conserve by using lights, air-conditioner, fans and hot water only as needed.
