You can get to the West End, Soho and Oxford street within minutes. The houses of parliament and big Ben are within a 15 minute walk. The area has many local shops and restaurants located in historical Kennington, plus if you are a night owl just down the road is all the night life you could ever want in Vauxhall.
Upstairs you will find three double sized bedrooms with one being a master with an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with two fridges and a wine cooler, the living area boasts a 15 foot (4.5m) high double aspect ceiling with plenty of room for dining and entertaining. There is also one other full bathroom.
There are three large bedrooms, a master with a king size and single bed. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be moved together to make a double. And the third bedroom has a double bed in. The apartment has a sofa bed which means up to nine people can sleep in comfort. All bedrooms come with significant storage, built in wardrobes and drawers.
The cycle hire scheme is located within 50 meters of the property so if the weather is nice, why not go for a ride.

The whole apartment will be available, we will not be in the apartment while its hired out. We will be there to welcome you and to answer any questions you may have. We will provide up to three sets of keys for any reservation.
We will welcome the guests and pass on any advice that they require. The property is owned by two Londoners who have lived in the city their entire lives.
Need space? this is the one for you? Have kids that need to run around? this is the apartment for you. Do you want to back flip down the living room? this is the apartment for you. Loads of space means you wont feel like you are on top of each other the whole time!
Hi, No smoking in the apartment, please enter and exit the gate quietly at night so our neighbours are not woken up.
If you have a well behaved pet that does not chew things, they can stay.
No smoking allowed in the property ever! If yu smoke in the property your deposit will be kept. If you would like to smoke, please walk down to the green trash at the end of the road. Your full deposit will be kept if you smoke inside.
Organised parties or groups that include more people than are staying at the property are not allowed. We have nice neighbours so no music or noise after 2330 please!
Two sets of keys will be issued upon arrival. These must be returned before leaving. Any missing keys will mean a deduction of £200 from the security deposit as new locks will have to be fitted.
I have lived in London all of my life so if you would like any information about our fantastic city please just ask. Our London properties are all in or very close to Zone one, right in the heart of the city minutes from the tubes and attractions. Everything is on your doorstep from museums, restaurants and shops.
