Hosts are totally nice, but it is definitely the wrong choice if you plan to visit Dubrovnik, specially because you have to cross the Croatian/Bosnian border, and it fakes hours. :( It is complicated to reach and the road is hard for normal vehicles. Our car got broken. :( However, the property is cute and quiet, full of plants and magic corners. It would be amazing if it was easier to reach, a bit closer to the cities. Seka is gentle and fresh, a very nice host, but it was difficult to communicate because she speaks no English (and we spoke no Serbian :( ). Nevertheless, I am!grateful for the warming welcoming and the efforts they made to help us find the house when we were lost!
Very nice and clean place, everything as described. Seka is a very friendly host and tries her best communicating in English if you're not familiar with the local language. Nemanja is available on the phone, we could check-in earlier without any problems - thanks for that! The rooms are quite small, but you have everything you need. There is a small pool free to use as well. It can get quite hot in the rooms situated under the roof - a vent is in every room to handle it though. If you're looking for a nice and quiet place a little off, i can recommend this one!!!
Our stay with Nemanja and Seka may well be our favourite AirBnb experience to date and it's going to be hard to beat! The house is in a quiet, beautiful location. You can go for a wander around the area and feel like you're in the middle of nowhere but Trebinje is a short drive away. It's a lovely little town. Both Nemanja and Seka are so welcoming. We were particularly lucky because their Serbian friends were over for a BBQ the night we stayed and we spent the evening chatting and laughing. We even shared the fish off the BBQ - caught in the river that day. Delicious! On the morning we left Seka made us coffee before we set off...we were just made to feel so so welcome. Really hope I get to go back soon!
