This beautiful summer house is almost surrounded by the sea and it is an ideal holiday home for a group of friends or family.
Antiparos, separated from the larger island of Paros by a narrow channel, is known for its unspoilt natural beauty, whitewashed houses, small churches and golden, sandy beaches.
Only a 10 minutes from the port and beautiful town of Antiparos, in a prime location on a cape just outside the famous village Sorros, this 3-storey villa connects through a huge terrace with a sea-water pool to a totally restored windmill, accommodating up to 16 guests in total - ideal for families, groups or weddings.
Apart from generous amenities such as ample sitting areas, a BBQ area and a traditional outdoor oven where you can even bake your own bread, the villa has also its own traditional church. Each floor of the villa is totally independent with an external staircase, a kitchen on 1st and 2nd floor, en-suite bathrooms and spacious balconies, yet the villa is only rented as one unit including the windmill to guarantee total privacy.
- The Villa -
The ground floor of the villa consists of a cozy living room and a comfy dining room, surrounded by a spacious terrace which leads to the mesmerizing sea. A modern kitchen and a guests’ bathroom, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with bathrooms ensuite will ensure an autonomous stay and absolute privacy, in case it is desired.
A stairway leads to the first floor, which is surrounded by large windows and balconies, overlooking the Aegean Sea. A homely living room with an amazing view will capture your heart, in combination with the romantic bedroom with a bathroom en suite.
The second floor has a master bedroom with a private bathroom, surrounded as well by a spacious balcony. Despite the bedroom it also has a small office area, surrounded by windows that look over the Aegean.
One thing that will be unforgettable from your stay is the panoramic view to the sea, from each corner of the villa thanks to its gracious location, on a cape. In addition to the above mentioned, the villa is built honoring the traditional Cycladic architecture: white meets blue, representing the color of the sea and the sky, blending with wood and the beautiful Greek stone flooring. Each room has its own adorable personality through a plethora of selected colors. The proximity to the sea and the blue & white colors are pursued by a nautical decoration of the interior. The villa owner, a passionate artist, utilizes fruits and souvenirs of the sea to discreetly remind us of the inevitable presence of the Aegean.
The terrace and the balconies have large built-in tables, a technotropy met in the Aegean isles, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or a candlelight dinner under the stars.
Following the stairs down from the terrace and towards the sea, one finds two additional guest rooms, each with bathrooms en suite and gorgeous views which are able to sleep 2 -3 people.
- The Windmill -
The windmill, which actually is a real windmill that could produce a variety of products based on wind power, is the jewel of the property.
The ground floor consists of living room area with 3 single beds, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom.
Not only the view to the sea is idyllic but also the view to the roof of the windmill, where you can observe all the wooden details that make the windmill work.
- The Church -
A little, beautiful, private church is the final touch that makes the villa adorable. Built almost in the rocks and right by the sea, it stands outs with its white colour and Cycladic design.
