This is a very large 5th floor apartment with lots of light and good views.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom which enjoys a very large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, bide and toilet.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, its own terrace and its own en suite bathroom.

There is a very large fitted wardrobe in each bedroom so lots of storage space.

The bedrooms are at the back of the building so it’s very quiet. There is a third bathroom for guests giving you 3 toilets in total.

The kitchen is a good size and if fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer dryer, integrated oven and separate grill, microwave, fridge freezer, and the all important Nespresso Coffee machine.

Electronically it comes fully loaded with very large flat screen Hi Definition TV, PS play station machine, Apple TV and iPod docking stations and free Wi-Fi

This is a truly amazing apartment in the heart of London and a sheer delight to stay in.

Mayfair is simply a dream village to live in. 100 Piccadilly is a premium block with a lift facing St James Park, in the heart of Mayfair and minutes from Bond Street and Berkley Square.

The location is truly incredible: 2 min walk from Green Park Tube Station. 4 min walk from Bond Street's Hermes, Channel, Louis Vuitton, Prada and Tiffany stores. Surrounded by London's top hotels including The Hilton Park Lane, The Ritz Hotel, The Grosvenor Hotel and The Dorchester Hotels.

Facing the Royal Pak of St James which leads to Buckingham Palace. Harrods is a short walk away, as is Selfridges Sheppard’s Market is just behind with its quaint restaurants and bars, whilst the charming shops of Jermyn Street can be found just after the Ritz hotel.

Plenty of Art galleries, as well as the famous Royal Academy of Art are just up the road. Theatres, restaurants and tea rooms including the famous Fortnum and Mason are all walking distance from the apartment.

Top location for this very large apartment. Ample room for kids to run around. Opposite the entrance of Green Park, and very quiet bedrooms. This was great. Pavel and his team has been great to deal with. Very reliable and quick to reply. A bit of maintenance would benefit this apartment, the washing machine did not work and the fridge could not shut properly. Otherwise just perfect. I would recommend.

Je suis déçue et révoltée par les pratiques de cette agence de location, car Pavel est un gérant d'une agence de location pour RBNB et Solly son collègue gère pour Home Away, et lors de ma résevation le 17 mars 2016, il y a eu un encaissement de £700 ou 920 euros par Solly de Home away et la totalité de la somme 1750 euros par Pavel sur RBNB. Malgré mes nombreux mails, coups de téléphone et visite sur place pas de remboursement de mes 920 euros de trop encaissés et donc j'attends des réponses à mon dernier mail de il y a 3 jours dont voici le texte ci dessous: en anglais au cas ou vous disiez ne pas comprendre: "On auI ask you one last time, before I file a complaint with the international court and I put a laudatory assessment of the site, crediting me my £ 700 or 920 euros knew my account. I would also point out that the commitment of independent propriètires on these sites is not rspecté and you are a commercial enterprise. in the meantime! et en francais, comme toutes mes demandes faites dans les deux langues: "Je vous demande une dernière fois, avant que je ne dépose une plainte auprès du tribunal international et que je mette une appréciation dithyrambique sur le site, de me créditer de mes £700 ou 920 euros sur mon compte. Je ferai remarquer également que l'engagement des propriétaires indépendants sur ces sites n'est pas respecté et que vous êtes une entreprise commerciale. dans cette attente J’espère qu'après plus de 7 semaines je parviendrais à me faire rembourser la carte de crédit encaissée abusivement alors que Solly de Home Away refusait la location et que dans la même temps pavel acceptait et me demandait de payer sur RBNB. Je suis désolée du tour que prend cette histoire et encore une fois déçue de ces pratiques qui vicient complètement le système de services entre particuliers. All communications with Pavel were good, and he replied quickly. We has booked another apartment that He cancelled after we arrived in London, but he offered this one right away. Not in the neighborhood we were looking for but as we were in London we took it. Apartment big and nice, but no park view as in photos and a lot of construction work in the backyard that woke us up early. Heating system did not provide much heat so that was pretty cold in the apartment.
