Dear Guest, it is a really pleasure to host you.
Please, before proceeding with your reservation, read carefully the following rules:
since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must to ask you 1euro and 50 cents in cash each person per each night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).
For kids between 6 to 10 years old, the price is euro 70 cents
I have an agreement with Airbnb for asking the tax at your arrival as it does not make sense to pay Airbnb commission fee on a tax.
Moreover it is not possible to include this amount of money in the Airbnb final price, because the system does not allow me to do it!
Since there is not concierge service for tourist apartment, it would be very much appreciated your arrival between 1pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible (not over 10:30pm) but with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash at your arrival. Check-out is around 10/10:30am with the possibility to store your luggage until your departure.
I know that Airbnb makes accurately verifications on your profile, but the Italian Law (as in many other Countries) requires the identification for all guests visiting Italy. Airbnb is a foreign and private Company.
For this reason, at your arrival I have to ask your documents details (like in the hotels and B&B)
Thank you for your cooperation.
Absolutely no smoking.
As I not have the concierge service, it would be really appreciated if you plan to arrive between 1pm and 7pm; the arrival after 7pm is possible, but I have to ask you 50 € at your arrival, to pay in cash. The check-out is around 10-10:30 am, to allow at the cleaning lady to prepare the apartment for the next guest.
Please, leave the apartment as you found; take care to wash the dishes that you used during your stay! Or I have to ask you an additional fee of euro 50.
Dear travelers, the Venice City Council asked the city tax, therefore, at your arrival you'll ask you 1,5 € per person and for each night of your stay (not more than 5 days) that will be provided for the conservation of this magnificent city.
Thank you for your cooperation
