Sesimbra Belvedere is a self-catering accommodation, located on the first floor (no lift) of a modernist style building with beautiful hand painted Portuguese tiles. The beach is accessible via an adjacent public right of way combining steps and a lift or you can walk into town (100m) and just step onto the sand from there. There is on-street free parking just outside.
Sesimbra Belvedere, with its quirky 70's inspired maritime decor, offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cooker and a microwave. The bathroom includes a tub with a power shower and a hairdryer. The apartment has three rooms and can receive up to 5 people. There is also cable tv.
During your stay you can report any issues or ask questions including even suggestions for activities or restaurants.

No noise after 11pm
Two of the rooms are divided by a fragile wooden door which should be handled with care
The sun-loungers are fragile so please no more than one person sat down at a time
There are retractable canopies over the terrace which, if used, should be folded back every night to avoid wind or sun damage
The toilet's flushing system should be handled with care
Please don't sit on any of the indoor chairs and sofa with wet bathing suits to avoid damage
Access to the terrace should be from the living room (the other door is fragile)
