This beautiful apartment has just been completely renovated and fully furnished. This beautiful 55m2 apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is located on the 1st(not ground floor) floor of a typical Viennese building. It has the living-dining area, separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. It is equipped high-quality furniture, kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cooking and eating utensils, linens, washing machine, sound-proof windows, parquet floors including television and Internet. There are three beds - king size bed, sofa bed (for two people), folding bed and couch.
You will have fresh bed linen, hand soap and towels per person.

The whole apartment and all things belong to you personally.

How do we collect the keys?
1. Simply send me an email/text with an approximate time of arrival.
2. Call me when you're outside, and we will meet and escort you in.

Can we check-in early?
We can usually accommodate you, but we have to check the schedule to make sure we don't inconvenience any other guest that may be staying with us and that is not scheduled to check out later that day. (Eitherway, we can usually accommodate you by storing your things if thats all you need)

Can we store the luggage for a early check in or late check out?
Yes

Please be informed that the regulations for the city charges in Vienna have changed and therefore we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from the 1st of May 2016 from our guests.

We will need to charge 3.2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee.

Unfortunately the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount accurate to the cent.

You will certainly receive a receipt fort the city tax at the check-in.

We know that this whole procedure is a bit inconvenient, however we are required by law to proceed this way.

We thank you for your understanding and collaboration.

Please note that if you are staying for more than one week, the apartment will need to be cleaned on a weekly basis. By this occasion the apartment will be cleaned completely, the towels are going to be exchanged, as well as the bed linens. You will need to pay for this service 40€.

Please respect, that SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN in the apartment.

Also, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Please note that you are renting out a private apartment in a residential house with real Viennese people living in the building. Therefore please respect the night's rest of your neighbours and hence do not have loud music or gatherings from 9pm - 8am. The neighbours are very strickt and picky on that, so please keep that in mind. :-)

If you are experiencing any problems please do not disturb any neighbors but contact us directly by phone or airbnb chat.

Please do not walk with your street shoes inside the apartment! Hence, please take off your shoes in the entrance hall or bring your house slippers with you.

Please always close all windows when leaving the apartment or when it starts raining, otherwise the windows will get ruined.

Please always turn off all lights when leaving the apartment!
Please make sure that you have turned off all the appliances especially in the kitchen (stove, oven,..) every time you leave the premises.

Please leave the apartment in an appropriate condition when you checkout:
1.) Please dispose your waste accordingly.
2.) Please clean up your dishes or put on the dishwasher when leaving.
3.) Please put back all furniture on their original place if you have moved them.
4.) Please ensure that all windows are closed and all lights are turned off as well as the stove.
5.) Please leave the two key sets on the table and close the entrance door properly.

Non-smoking apartment. No loud gathering or music from 10pm to 8am.

Keys
For keys taken, a deposit per piece can be required. It's the guests duty to pay for lost keys and cover additional costs of changing lock.

Guests and their accompanies declare explicitly to use the apartment, house, and all other things in the rented object at their own risk and avoid landlord/landlady of all deduced claims of compensation.

Maintenance and damages in apartment/house

Our guests have the duty to take care of rented rooms and all other equipment and keep them in good shape.

Upcoming faults or danger, which could threaten the rented apartment must be reported immediately to the landlord/landlady.

The guest is liable for all damages and impairments on the rented rooms or goods, as far as they exceed signs of wear and tear on normal usage. This regulation is also valid for all other accompanies which are resident in agreement with landlord/landlady.

Overall, the apartment and its location were good. It is newly renovated and walkable down to the Museum district where you can catch tour buses and such. The apartment could be a little more clean.

Apartment is located very close to the train station and directly in front of the tram stop as well. Location was easy to find, no hassle. There're numerous restaurants & supermarkets nearby, as well as a small shopping complex with a cinema. Really swanky and classy apartment; amenities all provided as listed and even though there's no air con, the weather is still cooling. Was beginning to worry since there was no response via Airbnb chat for 1-2 months but thankfully Nuri responded swiftly on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) thereafter. Didn't get to meet Nuri at first; 2 teenage girls came to pass us the keys and let us in, they were still very nice & polite despite the language barrier. There were towels, bedspread and possibly clothed baby diapers hanging to dry on the rack in the living room, so we left that untouched. Overall, a clean, convenient & classy place. Nuri came by at night to collect the key; he's definitely nice, friendly and explained that the previous key somehow was damaged so our check-in time was delayed and that we couldn't leave the keys on the table upon checking out. We enjoyed our time there immensely!

I do not recommend reserving with Nuri. We wound up leaving quickly and asking for a refund. We were greeted by a woman who did not speak English and she shook the keys in our faces, the pictures did not look like the apartment, and we were technically not allowed to stay in the apartment. Nuri told us to tell anyone who asks that we were friends of his, though we never actually got to meet him. And the most uncomfortable part was that the laundry machine was being used. We left after ten minutes of deciding if we should be there.

Nuri's place was superb for the price we payed. It is situated in a artsy street area with many shops and bars, well connected by public transport, with a public garage near by and 15 minutes walking distance from the Museums area. Eventhough we haven't meet Nuri, he organised all well. We will be back in spring.
