Guest claimed that Wifi and Television were not working on several occasions during her stay, however each time we checked the status all was fine. Additionally, several other of our other airbnb units at this location use the same Wifi and TV services and none reported any issues. Time Warner Cable even came out and tested services and all was fine.
Regarding hot water, the water heater was checked when the guest complained and all was working fine. Each apartment has its own 30 Gallon Water Heater which is enough to take two showers easily. Claiming that it only lasted 5 minutes is simply false, however a typical bathtub is about 30-50 gallons so if the guest expected to fill the entire tub or simply leave it running with the drain open it is imaginable that the hot water would run out at some point.
Lastly, we did send someone out to check every time she made a complaint. Most important is to note that none of these items have been mentioned by other guests in any of our 5 total listings at this property. Occasionally, albeit very rarely, you deal with unreasonable guests, however the vast majority of our guests have had very positive experiences as shown in our reviews.
