A beautifully furnished cottage in Oving, just 4 miles outside Chichester, 4 miles from Goodwood and great beaches / walks nearby. Large master bedroom with King Size bed and ample off road parking outside. Our local pub is 200 yards away.
A lovely self contained annex cottage attached to the main Farmhouse in Oving village. The open plan living, dinning and kitchen area has a great airy feel with it's high ceiling and is beautifully finished. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The large master bedroom offers a comfortable King Size bed, full wall fitted wardrobes, vanity table and luxurious White Company bed linen. The bathroom has a fitted shower over the bath to soak away the day. A stair ladder off the main living space leads to a further mezzanine level containing two single beds - perfect for two extra adults or children aged over 7 years (due to steepness of stair). Also Ideal for a couple with a baby to occupy the master bedroom with travel cot. We provide travel cot and high chair (NB: we don't provide bedding for the travel cot). Secluded location off road, with ample parking for up to 2 cars just outside.
Located on a private rural farm estate there is discreet parking for up to two vehicles outside the property. Your own separate garden with seating and BBQ area.
We live just next door, and although coming and going we are available to welcome you and help where we can. There is also a welcome pack in the property with all kinds of information and goodies to help you enjoy your stay!
If you would like to arrange a supermarket delivery we are happy to help stock fridges and cupboards for your arrival - please just ask and we will try our best to accommodate.
We are so lucky to have so many wonderful places to visit on out door step. From the spectacular beaches of the Wittering's to The South Downs and it's stunning walks to The Goodwood Estate and it's renowned events. The Pear store is ideally located to ensure easy drives to so many days out. A list of suggested places to visit (including family friendly and rainy days) is in our visitors book. This can also be emailed to you on request.
We are in a rural village where the internet can be intermittent or difficult to log on. Although it continues to improve the streaming of large video files or on:demand TV is not suited to the location.
The Washing Machine & Dryer is located in a utility building adjacent to the property. The oven is a combi oven/microwave with full instructions in our visitors pack.
We have some yummy breakfast hampers available on request - locally sourced where possible. These are only possible when pre-ordered; please enquire if they take your fancy (an extra charge).
No smoking anywhere in the house but there are areas outside.
Please treat as you would your own home - look after our space
No outdoor foot wear to be worn in the house to help preserve flooring.
We live on a rural farm with lots of lovely open space but some areas are not accessible to visitors. Please respect this.
We hope you have great weather to use the BBQ provided. We ask that it is left clean after use; if left dirty we may request a £20 cleaning fee.
