Beach Walk is a luxury 3 bedroom holiday apartment, ideally located on the West Coast of Barbados. It's on the first floor of the Ashanti condominium, which comprises just 9 units. There is a large communal swimming pool and it's just a short distance to the beach at Gibbes and Mullins.
Beach Walk is a stylish and elegant apartment, decorated to the highest level.
The open plan living and dining area offers comfort and relaxation, with a flat screen TV, Cable channels and DVD player. There is wi-fi internet access throughout the apartment and a landline telephone – all local calls are free, incoming international calls are accepted; outgoing international calls are not available. There is access to the balcony (which can also be accessed via the master bedroom) - it’s a perfect place to watch the sunset or enjoy a morning coffee.
The smart and modern kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare your snacks and meals. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Maid service is included once a week but further service can be offered at an additional charge.
Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. All bedrooms have a flat screen television with cable TV. The master bedroom has patio doors that lead onto the balcony with great views. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be made in to king sized if preferred) and a large dressing room. The third bedroom has a double bed.
There is an extensive book and DVD library, hairdryers and safe for your valuables.
Guests at Beach Walk have access to the whole apartment, it is your 'home from home' for the duration of your stay ! You also have full access to the large communal swimming pool and there are sun beds and umbrellas for your use. Also provided are sun beds for he beach. These are set up for you on your first morning and you then lock them up each day (you are responsible for the safekeeping of the key to the padlock).
We offer a full concierge service to our guests both before they arrive and during their stay. It's important to us that you get the very most out of your holiday. We can arrange VIP fast track arrival services, transfers, car hire, trips and activities, 'spa at home' massage and therapeutic treatments, villa chef - and much more. On arrival you are met at Beach Walk and handed the keys and shown around. During your stay we offer a 24/7 on call service, so you can contact us for any help or advice (although it's so easy to holiday here that most people don't need any help !)
Guests are met on arrival at Beach Walk.
There is a house manager on call 24/7 should you require help or assistance.

Check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure (extensions can sometimes be available by prior arrangement).
Check in time is 3pm on the day of arrival (earlier arrivals can sometimes be accommodated by prior arrangement).
If there is a same day arrival, on your departure day, housekeeping will be required to come to the property in the morning.
You must advise us of flight details (airline and flight number).
No additional guests or visitors are allowed at the property without prior permission from the owner.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
No smoking is permitted inside the property.
No Pets are permitted. Special permission can be gained for such animals as guide dogs.
Please refrain from sitting on the beds, living room and dining room chairs when wet or when sunscreen lotion has been applied.
Please remember to be close windows and doors in the event it rains or when the house is unoccupied.
Please keep bedroom doors and windows closed when A/C units are being used.
Please turn off all A/Cs, lights and fans when not in the room.
Please be careful with the keys as there is a US$200 charge for all lost keys and replacement locks.
The accommodation is self-catering. Initial starter supplies of hand soap, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dish cloths and sponges are provided.
You are responsible for your personal possessions. Please take appropriate care and precautions. We recommend relevant insurance cover.
Accidents happen; if you break or lose something, let us know.
Don’t leave candles burning when you are not present. Avoid the use of candles and naked flames indoors.
Washing must not be hung from the balconies, windows or other such place that may be visible from another unit or the public road.
Noise shall be kept to a reasonable level so as not to cause a disturbance to others; this includes such noise emitted from such things as radios, TV’s, amplifiers and the like.
Garbage is to be disposed of in the designated areas only, the burning of any refuse or waste is not permitted.
BBQ’s & any inflammable fluids or materials, except for normal household use, are NOT permitted in the private apartments. Properly maintained BBQ’s can be used in the swimming pool area but must be cleared away after use.
Drugs, except those as prescribed by a medical doctor, are not permitted.
Smoking of tobacco is allowed outside only, however butts, match sticks etc. must be disposed of in a sensible & reasonable manner – do not throw waste on the floor.
All visitors must allow such access so as to allow maintenance of the complex.
