Residential yet central, the property is next to the Neoclassical University Palace in the heart of the embassies district. A pleasant walk along the riverside will take you to the Cathedral within 15 minutes.
Easy access to French and German mortorways opens up Alsace and the Black Forest for a great touring experience with nature reserves, mountains, forest and castles as well as the Alsace and German vineyards with their charming villages and enticing wine tastings.
The main living room has double exposure and is wonderfully sunny and large (40 m2 / 430 sq ft); the lounge area has two large comfortable armchairs and a sofa.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom (and a separate WC). Part of bathroom is fitted with large dressing room wardrobes.
The second double bedroom has a full bathroom (and a separate WC) accessible from the front hall. Both bathrooms have baths with showers.
A third (small) room serves as a reading den/study but holds a single bed and can be used as a single bedroom. Depending on requirements, for longer stays, the bed can be removed to leave more space as an office if required.
A fourth bed can be arranged by special request (additional fee 29).
The separate kitchen has a built-in table with four stools on rollers.
SERVICES & FACILITIES INCLUDED
The apartment also offers a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for every stay and cleaning is included (provided weekly for long stays).
There is a television with multiple channels and DVD player.
Free WIFI Internet access is offered and includes free telephone calls to many countries.
Parking is available in the building by separate agreement (not suitable for vans or large cars).
The whole apartment will be yours:
- the cleaning will be done
- the bed will be made with clean sheets
- clean towels will be at your disposal and a carpet of Bath and a towel
- small soaps and shampoos will be offered
- a parking spot is reserved in front of the building

The first rule it’s enjoy Strasbourg and the flat.
Please be careful with my home, it’s precious to me. It’s yours during your stay but be careful as if it was your own house. At your check out, please leave the flat tidy as possible and take the garbage out. I’ll appreciate it a lot.

There are no hidden extras - Except for arrivals after 10pm (+10 EUR), and arrivals after 11pm (+20 EUR).
