Beautiful, tranquil, safe, yet bustling area of Carroll Gardens - the Columbia Street Waterfront! The realest, most genuine neighborhood still existing in this day and age of NYC.
Everything one could ever need just steps away. Simply unbeatable
Located in a beautiful, tranquil, safe, yet bustling area of Carroll Gardens known as the Columbia Street Waterfront. One of the realest, most genuine neighborhoods still existing in this day and age of NYC. Right near the border of prime Red Hook, filled with all sorts of niche bars, cafes, restaurants of their own. Pre-war building with lots of charm and thick walls. Built in 1908, this place is a part of Brooklyn history. Apartment located on second floor of walk up. Fully furnished with everything seen in pictures. Spacious living room/kitchen and bedroom with additional cozy smaller den area. Great light received! New memory foam mattress for bed just recently purchased. Dining area with table. Kitchen space is minimal, but enough to get the job done. Probably not the spot for you if you're looking for proper cooking space though. Laundromats located within two blocks. Personal mountain bike for use. East River and beautiful view of Manhattan skyline literally steps outside the door. Sublime sunsets almost daily! Some of the best coffee in the city, Kings Coffee, located steps down the block. About a 12 minute, gorgeous tree-lined walk to the Carroll Street F or G station. About a 10 minute trip into Manhattan via the F - just 3 stops to the Lower East Side.
Great pizza, bagels, supermarket, ethnic foods, bars located within a block or two. Various workout facilities/gyms in every direction. Honestly, Carroll Gardens has anything one could be looking for - it's a one of a kind NYC neighborhood. Street parking available and EXTREMELY easy around building.
Apartment available June 29th through August 31st (able to extend another 4 or 5 days for free - a good $350 value - and otherwise open to discounts). 45 day stay minimum. High speed wireless Internet included. No cable television, however, Netflix hooked up and there is an HDMI cable ready if you would like to connect a laptop to the TV.
This is truly a great place to stay in one of the most unique, friendly, and lively areas of NYC. Please feel free to contact me about anything. Thanks!
