Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The Property is for domestic use only. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion).
Management take no responsibility for the Guest's personal property.
Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. The oven, lights, heaters, fans, washing machine and clothes dryer must be turned off at the power point. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and return of accommodation keys.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Property or on the balcony or entrance walkway.
As all apartments at the Cora Lynn complex are privately owned, we do ask that your apartment be left in a neat and tidy state on departure.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, cooking equipment and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Whilst it is not our preference, a cleaning charge is applied in circumstances where the apartment is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
I love living by the Ocean, Walking, Running, Bike Riding & Snow Skiing . .Beautiful Food, Wine & Music in any shape or form. The Apartments we have I enjoy sharing with others. I have endeavoured to style and present them in a tasteful, comfortable, professional way. I am a fussy Traveller and like Clean, Uncluttered, Funky, Classy Accommodation.
My favourite Travel Destinations in Australia are Melbourne CBD, Lorne Victoria, Byron Bay & Merimbula NSW, Noosa Qld & Sydney CBD Rocks area, Bunker Bay & all the beaches and wineries in WA. I love the Napa Valley in California and the Drive down Big Sur Highway to LA. Soho in New York
